Family Service of RI is looking for volunteers to lend a hand at our two annual Summer Block Parties! These block parties are a free community event for the whole family, which includes free food, local performers, hands on activities, and access to local resources that include the topics of education, employment, food, housing, and health. Held on July 18th and August 1st, set up will start at 4:00 p.m with the events taking place from 5:00-7:30 p.m. We are looking for volunteers to help with set up, clean up, overseeing activities, managing the sign-in table, as well as in other areas we deem need extra hands. This is always a fun event for attendees and volunteers alike!

Description
The Walking School Bus has been serving Lower South Providence and its youth since 2012. Our goal is to make sure students are arriving on time to school each morning prepared to start the day.
