We are currently building a team of volunteers to focus directly on Resources nationwide for our Transportation Relocation program. Having resources is a life or death matter for victims/survivors of domestic violence. It is imperative to ensure that resources are active and current as we assist them in finding a safe-haven.
Identifying necessary resources essential to assist domestic/sexual violence victims and survivors
Verifying accuracy of information
Connect and collect community resources
Integrating the collected data into a specified spreadsheet via data entry
Make phone calls
Attend bi-weekly meetings
Attention to details
A strong commitment to provide assistance to victims/survivors of domestic violence
A positive and welcoming attitude
Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to operate in a professional manner including handling difficult issues with sensitivity.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills
Time management and self-discipline skills
Opportunity requires 4 hours a week and 18 hours a month.
