Do you enjoy data entry? Are you organized and detail oriented? Do you enjoy working remotely? We've got a great volunteer opportunity for someone who is computer and database savvy. We regularly receive donations from new and existing members for our nationally recognized non-profit, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). The NAMI-San Fernando Valley affiliate needs a reliable volunteer enthusiastic about our mission to help anyone affected by mental illness. We need a behind-the-scenes super hero to input donations and new members and sync our internal database with a national one. Our current amazing Membership Coordinator will be around to teach and guide the volunteer who assumes this role.

NAMI is the nation's largest, primarily volunteer-run grassroots organization helping individuals affected by mental illness. Through our free services and programs, we offer hope and help to our community.

As the Membership Coordinator,

• Support from a Relationship Manager who is paired up with you to ensure you enjoy your volunteer experience with us.
• Flexibilty, you set your schedule, we prefer 4 hrs/week minimum commitment
• Although much of this work is done remotely, you will need to live near the San Fernando Valley, CA area for quarterly membership mailings at our office.
• Experience for your resume
