VisionCreate a partnership between Maximum Balance Foundation/Cisco Network Academy and a local high school community to provide eighty (80) hours of basic computer skills training, and fifty (50) hours of entrepreneur training to 100 young adults per year over a period of three years utilizing current computer labs to deliver service.
Work with principal and teachers, labor unions, and others to form a Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) to identify a local community college that can continue to advance the high school work and support ongoing Cisco Certification programs, with both classroom and lab exercises.
Work with community groups such as the Hispanic and African American Chambers of Commerce, State and local elected officials, government affairs representatives, and small business owners to identify traditionally disenfranchised participants for the program.

Foundations usually try to solve the major social problems of our day - such as poverty, homelessness, global warming, and lack of healthcare - by making grants to nonprofits.
Yet, the lack of grant money did not cause these social problems.
Instead, they are often attributable to market failures, where a misalignment between social goals, and economic incentives has created or perpetuates social ills.
For example, recently it was reported that The knowledge Gap is the gap in standards of living between those who can find, create, manage, process, and disseminate information or knowledge, and those who are impaired in this process.
We aid in the realignment by engaging activities that foster volunteerism and mutual respect, and education targeted to closing the gap of knowledge as we move to new economies.
