As the Lead Newsletter Coordination Volunteer, you will be supporting TIHAN by overseeing the assembly and distribution of the agency's quarterly newsletter, which is a vital communication tool for the agency. It provides important information about TIHAN events and brings awareness of HIV/AIDS related issues and events, to the community. In this role, you will be responsible for specific tasks such as: picking up mailing trays and supplies from the USPS Cherrybell Bulk Mailing Department, working with the Operations Manager to coordinate various aspects of the quarterly newsletter folding party, supervises the newsletter assembly process to adhere to USPS Standards and Understanding the USPS Bulk Mail process & requirements and taking the final mailing to the USPS Bulk Mailing Department. We'll provide an orientation and lots of support to help you succeed in this role. If you can offer five sequential days (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm), four times per year, we’d love to hear from you.
