Community Garden Cleanup

Description: Help clean up a community garden for seniors! A volunteer group (minimum of 5 people) would help with weeding the garden and getting it ready for seniors to plant vegetables, herbs, and more. This is a wonderful opportunity for work groups, church groups, families, and more to give back to the community and enjoy a day outdoors!

About Us: East Side Elders helps our seniors live full and rewarding lives - in the home and community they want - for as long as possible and as healthy and well as possible. Our teams of volunteers, students and community members provide a wide range of services and activities that give the necessary support and resources to our elderly neighbors wherever they call home.

Hours: Flexible - will be scheduled with the volunteer group. Can be any day that works for your group!

Qualifications:

• Able to perform gardening tasks such as weeding, digging, etc.
