This fall, the Parkinson's Foundation (PF) will host its 7th Annual Moving Day Miami, A Walk for Parkinson’s. Parkinson’s is a neurological disease that affects both men and women in almost equal numbers, and it shows no social, ethnic, economic or geographic boundaries.
Moving Day Miami, will take place Sunday, November 10, 2018, at Museum Park beginning at 8:00am. This event will raise money to support people with Parkinson’s and their families and to support national research to improve the quality of life for those living Parkinson’s disease.

In order to make this event a success, we rely on volunteers to provide assistance during the event. Volunteer check in is at 6:00am and the event ends at 12:45pm. Duties performed by the volunteers include, but not limited to:
Placing and picking up signs
T-shirt distribution
Directing walk participants from the parking lots
Helping at food/water stations
Helping at the Movement Pavilion
Other duties as needed
