The Donor Services Team works to raise funds to support the mission of the Community Food Bank through creating positive relationships with our donors (current, past, and future). We never want our donors to think that they’re just dollars and cents. Instead, we want them to know that they’re a part of achieving our goal of ending hunger through creative and necessary ways. When you join our team, you will be an integral part of helping us maintain current and correct data which will help ensure successful and positive interactions with our donors.
Tasks
· Cleaning up notations within the database so the information is actionable (including greetings and salutations, nicknames, and communication preferences)
· Cleaning up duplicated records within the database
· Updating addresses and donor status (including researching donor relationships, move/updates, deceased records)
Ideal candidate qualifications:
· Interest in database management and administration
· Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
· Attention to detail
· Research skills

Description
The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona provides food and food-related services throughout a 23,000 square-mile region of Southern Arizona including Pima, Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, and Santa Cruz counties. The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona distributes over 63,000 meals a day to members of our community with the support of over 300 local nonprofit agencies. Each year, we assist over 225,000 people through our programs and services. We provide distribution services from our main warehouse in Tucson and from four branch banks in Nogales, Green Valley, and Amado. We have a long history of consistent, reliable program delivery, providing Southern Arizona with a multitude of food-related programs and services including emergency food distribution, child hunger programs, home and community gardening, farmers’ markets, and SNAP (food stamp) application assistance.
