This is a great opportunity for an organized fashion lover! Seattle Goodwill’s Vintage Fashion Collection travels around Puget Sound presenting themed shows for public and private events. The Vintage Fashion Assistant will work with the Events Assistant to keep the Vintage Fashion Collection in tip-top shape, as well as preparing for and organizing Vintage Fashion events.

Project Scope/Primary Responsibilities:

• Help pull garments and accessories for vintage fashion shows, displays, and presentations
• Assist with model fittings
• Organize fashion show timelines (order of appearance, items in "look," etc.) for events
• Maintain and update collection inventory and database
• Help clean, organize, merchandise and maintain the vintage fashion collection
• Separate and coordinate dry cleaning, hand washing and repairs
• Other duties as needed

Role Requirements & Abilities:

• Past experience or interest in vintage fashion
• Walking, bending, stooping
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office, internet search engines
• Detail orientation and organizational skills
• Ability to work with many personality types
