How you’ll make an impact

The Content & Design Website Manager will serve as the owner of WGLI website.. The person in this position needs to be able to design, own content, and track website weekly. The Content & Design Website Manager will create, optimize, and edit content in a wordpress environment.

What you will do

• Ownership and maintenance of WGLI website
• Lead flow and communication design and creation
• Needs to have an excellent eye for copy layout to engage audiences
• Needs to be able to "big picture" when optimizing sites to insure lead flow, excellent customer experience, and proper messaging.
• Ability to communicate with marketing team is crucial to receive feedback and translate that into actionable changes to design.

You have these skills

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
• Experience administering websites on the WordPress platform
• 2+ years proven experience as an SEO/Marketing specialist or similar digital marketing role
• Experience working with popular SEO and analytics tools (Google Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
• Someone who has self-initiative and delivers projects on time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form)
