The Love OPS Team Lead oversees and coordinates Love INC service projects for clients in need, as well as service to the ministry. The Lead oversees the On-Site Inspection prior to scheduling and planning out the project day. The Lead coordinates scheduling, task assignment, material acquisition, personnel, and ensures that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducts initial site visit to determine scope of project, scheduling, and planning the project day.
2. Oversees the Love OPS Project Site leaders.
3. Incorporates the Love INC mission and core values in all projects completed.
4. Act as the liaison between the group and the Call Center in coordinating services with the client and or ministry.
5. Coordinates the acquisition of materials donated or purchased as needed for service projects.
6. Troubleshoots any unexpected needs or issues that may occur on-site.
7. Ensures the required paperwork is filled out and submitted by participating group.
8. Maintains client confidentiality.
Qualific ations:
- Ability to lead and develop people spiritually for serving in the Name of Christ.
- Ability to prioritize and process multiple projects to completion in an efficient and timely manner.
- Construction experience a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including legible handwriting).
- Ability to multi-task in a calm manner.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
- Reliability and dependability.

Love In the Name of Christ is a faith-based nonprofit 501(c)3 that partners with 50+ local churches offering people in need help aimed at transformation and freedom in the Name of Christ so they can overcome poverty. We offer resources by participation, basic life skills, and relationship building. Love INC of Brevard is one of over 130 affiliates in 30 states in the U.S., helping over 1 million people yearly by more than 9,000 churches, 6,000 community agencies, and 300,000 volunteers. Our first international affiliate opened in 2015 in Nairobi, Kenya, and has grown to seven affiliates.
How Does Love INC Work?
The heart of Love INC is the CH Call Center. Volunteers receive help requests, conduct intakes, action plans and journey with clients to freedom from poverty and brokenness. Love INC identifies gaps in services and resources and helps churches develop ministries to fill those gaps including Service Projects, Budget Mentoring, Career Mentoring, Personal Care Pantry, and Counseling services.
