The Real Estate/Asset Management team is seeking a volunteer/intern project manager to work 2 to 3+ full days per week or 15 to 24+ hours per week. Part time hours is fine too. You would learn about and assist with real estate development projects, asset, and property management. You could be involved with many projects, but you will focus specifically on one or two redevelopment/refinance projects. Assistance with light clerical work will be helpful.

Description
The Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (CSNDC) is a community development corporation (CDC) that has worked in partnership with neighbors and neighborhood institutions to rebuild the Southern Dorchester community for the past 33 years.

- the rehabilitation and construction of housing and commercial real estate development.
- business development opportunities.
- a computer learning center.
- financial literacy programs.
