The Front Desk is the hub of the Ronald McDonald House! This position and requires friendly, resourceful, positive volunteers. You need to be comfortable with handling a lot of activity and resourceful when it is quiet. The volunteer’s primary responsibility is to support the families living here and to assist the House Managers whenever needed.

It is here that you will greet families and visitors, handle deliveries, answer phones and deal with all of the questions and situations that arise on a day-to-day basis. There are some light housekeeping duties to keep our front room area neat and sanitary which is essential to the health of the children and families who live here. This position does require someone who can catch on quickly and work closely with the House Managers. Individuals applying for this position must be 19 years of age or older

  • The same weekly, 3 hour shift for 3 months
  • We have two openings 3:00pm-6:00pm on Monday or Thursday. Need those days and time.
