Provide support to recruits and their families while they are processing at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS).
Key Responsibilities
* Brief "Get to Know Us Before You Need Us" information to the recruits and their families.
* Engage with the recruits to complete family contact cards and ensure cards are processed in Agent.
* Provide Family Follow-Up calls
* Provide additional support and referrals as needed.
Qualifications* Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills
* Enjoy working directly with others
* Able to work with diverse populations
* Knowledge/experience with the military community
* Basic computer skills
