Green Our Planet is a nonprofit organization that runs the largest school garden program in the United States.

We're organizing a giant, student-run farmers market on May 18th, downtown, the largest in the United States, where more than 400 students from 40+ schools will be selling the produce from their school gardens to the public. The event will be held outside.

That same day, we're organizing 12 school garden builds (in the AM), at different schools in the city. Hundreds of volunteers and many corporations will participate, including a number of celebrities. The Great Garden Build will be followed by the Giant Farmers Market downtown.

We're looking for skilled photographers/videographers who would be willing to volunteer on that day (a Friday, because for the kids this is a school field trip) to take photos and/or shoot video to try and capture one or both events. Any time you might have to donate would be most welcome! These will be two very fun and festive events. For many of the students participating--this will be an unforgettable day in their lives.
