We are currently located at a different school building, and are moving soon to another school building. We are in need of volunteer assistance to help us paint classrooms, clean the building, move furniture, clean up their courtyard, re-pad the walls in the gym, replace basketball hoops, do landscaping, and decorate.
We currently have 2 upcoming volunteer days scheduled: Friday, March 16th from 9a-3p and Saturday, March 17th from 9a-3p. However, we are flexible and are looking to schedule more groups over the next several weeks.

Description
When students arrive here, it's because they've had difficulty in school, have a truancy record, or have been involved with the Allegheny County juvenile probation program. Upon arrival to The Academy, most students lack structure in their lives and don't have a sense of their own pride or potential. Our job is to change all of that.
