Mission Statement

Our mission is to engage each student in a variety of education experiences needed to achieve maximum potential as a positive, contributing member of a diverse and changing society.

Description

When students arrive here, it's because they've had difficulty in school, have a truancy record, or have been involved with the Allegheny County juvenile probation program. Upon arrival to The Academy, most students lack structure in their lives and don't have a sense of their own pride or potential. Our job is to change all of that.
