Rescuing Leftover Cuisine is looking for a volunteer bookkeeper.
If you have experience using Quickbooks and are interested in working closely with RLC's staff to help with vital bookkeeping, this volunteer opportunity is for you. This is expected to take 5 hours per week.
Rescuing Leftover Cuisine's mission is to become the world’s most widely used solution for companies and individuals to eliminate food waste in their communities. You can help your community stop food waste and fight hunger by helping RLC bring excess food to homeless shelters.

Description
Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) is a nonprofit organization committed to fighting food insecurity and preventing wasted food. We have cultivated a network of dedicated food rescuers who bring food directly from our food donors to nonprofit recipients, letting neighbors help neighbors while reaping the environmental and economic benefits of reducing wasted food. Founded in 2013, our simple, but elegant model has saved over 8 million pounds of food since our inception.
