HOP TO IT!!
EASTER is ALMOST Here and we need YOUR HELP to make our Annual Easter Egg Hunt for community kids with special needs at Girsh Park happen this year - Saturday,March 31st.
Looking for volunteers to set up, coordinate and supervise this event, and clean up.
Your time and help would be very much appreciated.
Volunteers Needed for:
Set up - 6 tables, 16 chairs, Bring games and activities from storage shed nearby to designated area, lay out games, crafts and activities, plastic eggs spread around fenced lawn areas.
Engage and Supervise: Check-in, Greeters, Prize table, Activities and Game Stations.
Game Stations (some) open up at 10:30 am and Close down about 12:30.
Egg Hunt begins at 11 am and over in about 10 minutes (kids gather eggs fast )
Pack UP and Put away when most of the crowd leaves - around 12:15 - 12:30; depends on weather and what activities are out.
Please let me know what ways you can help with to make this a really special time for the kids:
Help with set up, supervision, ,clean up at the event
Donations of cash or check, cupcakes or prizes are needed
Checks can be made out to sbSNAP and mailed to SB Foundation, 1111 Chapala Street, SB, CA 93101
Looking for someone to bring baby chicks to share with our small ones.
We would very much appreciate any time you can give and contribute to this very special event.
