We seek volunteers to serve as Ambassadors for our Southbury Offices. Customer service is very important to us and our patients/caregivers. The role of the Ambassador is the first person patients and their loved-ones will encounter when they enter the building. In this role you will help to direct patients and families throughout the building. You will serve as a friendly face for those waiting while their caregiver parks the car. Sometimes our parking lot can be very congested, so your calming and compassionate presence can certainly help to put people at ease.
Join us as we bring our mission to life and connect community members in need with essential health screenings and services. Help us to provide a top notch customer service experience to all of our patients.
You may assist with additional tasks as determined by leadership within the building.
