POSITION TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

COMPENSATION: $0 - ALL VOLUNTEER

JOB SUMMARY: We are adding an Administrative Coordinator to our team! You will work directly with our Executive Director and Board to to ensure the smooth performance of the administrative needs of the organization. Bastrop Animal Rescue does not have a facility, so in this position you will be the support person for our virtual office. We do are best to be 100% paperless and utilize technology and innovation to do so. The ideal person will be organized, a problem solver, professional, and easy to get along with. The work you do will directly impact the organization and you will be in a unique position to gain hands-on non-profit experience in the process. Successful applicants are comfortable working independently and with a team in a virtual office setting.

TASKS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to contribute a minimum of 8 to 10 hours weekly
• Have some experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
• Data Entry
• Executive Admin
• Customer Service
• File Management
• Manage Calendars
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Be a problem solver
  Excellent communication skills and grammars.
• Proficient with Microsoft Products and familiar with Google Docs and Google Drive.
