Many volunteer opportunities can provide a sense of purpose, community service and fun but none offer the extraordinary, meaningful experience like helping the Miracle League of the Triangle.As a volunteer-driven organization that gives individuals with special needs the opportunity to play on a baseball team, the Miracle League of the Triangle utilizes over 700 volunteers per week each fall and spring.
Volunteer opportunities include: Buddies working one-on-one with our players, Umpires, Game Announcers, Sound System and Registration Table. The 2018 Spring Season will open March 20th and end May 19th. Games take place at 2 locations - in Cary at 805 Cary Towne Blvd. and North Wake at 3011 Queensland Rd., Raleigh. Our Youth Leagues (K-12) play on Friday evenings and all-day Saturdays. Our Adult Leagues step up to the plate on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Description
The Miracle League of the Triangle is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating during the spring and fall seasons as a baseball league for individuals with special needs. The program provides a safe, positive environment for people with disabilities to participate in a team sport, many for the first time in their lives.
Anyone who has seen a game in action knows that the Miracle League of the Triangle is much more than an ordinary baseball league. It’s an experience of sheer joy, made possible by a community of players, parents, and volunteers.
