Join Step Up for our annual I Dream To... Mentoring Conference, presented by the Oath Foundation. The purpose of this conference is to expose our 10th grade teens to professional roles within their desired industries. This is a one-day mentoring opportunity and we are looking to secure female volunteers who are available from 9:30am-2pm.

We are looking to secure adult, female volunteers from the following professional industries:

  • Law Enforcement
  • Legal
  • Veterinarians
  • Entertainment - Music, Actors, Set Designers, etc.
  • Fashion
  • Medicine
  • Media
  • Art & Design
  • Technology
  • Architecture
  • Engineering
  • Finance

Step Up's vision is that all girls have the opportunity to fulfill their potential. Through impactful afterschool and weekend programming, teens are empowered to become confident, college-bound, career-focused, and ready to join the next generation of professional women. Step Up serves teen girls from under-resourced communities across Chicago in grades 9-12.
Mentors in Step Up programming have the unique opportunity to participate in high-capacity, group mentoring opportunities that are flexible with work and life commitments.
