Step Up inspires women to inspire girls. We propel teen girls from under-resourced communities to become confident, college-bound, career-focused, and ready to join the next generation of professional women.

Description

Step Up's vision is that all girls have the opportunity to fulfill their potential. Through impactful afterschool and weekend programming, teens are empowered to become confident, college-bound, career-focused, and ready to join the next generation of professional women. Step Up serves teen girls from under-resourced communities across Chicago in grades 9-12.
Mentors in Step Up programming have the unique opportunity to participate in high-capacity, group mentoring opportunities that are flexible with work and life commitments.
