After you sign up there with your email address, we'll send you an email with all the relevant training dates.

Want to get involved right away? Please check out the community calendar here:
https://seekhealing.org/calendar/
... and start getting to know us by showing up at an event or two. Not only will you have the opportunity to learn and grow in your own healing journey, you will get to know some other seekers in the community. The next step is checking out a listening training, authentic relating games night, or other connection-oriented training.

After you complete the training, we'll match you with your "Person." For the next 6 months, you'll meet face to face with your Person once a week.

You have the option to switch it up and get paired with a different Person each month as it feels appropriate. During your weekly meetings, you and your Person will decide together who will listen, and who will share. Our training will help you set expectations around this process, and through it, both of you can count on experiencing transformative personal growth; whether you're working on overcoming an addiction or just becoming a better person.

Throughout the program, we'll work closely with you to monitor the process, help you set healthy boundaries around communication & meeting expectations, and collect data based on your experience.
