Harvest CROPS volunteers
A typical harvest netting over 2,000 pounds at one home. All fruit is given free to people in need.

Please we're in need of volunteers to pick residential fruit trees, having permission and an appointment. We meet, travel and harvest as a group. This is a great opportunity for school community hours or a family outing.

Sorry, but we do not accept court order probation volunteers.

The harvest process takes less than three hours. Please visit www.harvestcrops.org web page under Volunteers, then Calendar (right panel) for details.

Harvesting in Encinitas about 10 minute drive from meeting place . You can Download flyer from www.harvestcrops.org (Click "Check Calendar") All information is on web page under our Calendar.
We are in collaboration with a local harvest group, TheOlivenhain Citrus Project

Families, groups and military are highly encouraged. Tell a friend. Transportation is very limited, reserved for individuals who do not drive.

All fruit picked is donated (transported) to a food distribution center for limited income families and seniors.

Great opportunity for leadership, (must be 20 or older).
