Way to Grow's Human Resources Committee ensures that Board members receive regular training and development, that the board assesses its own performance, and new members are recruited to ensure ongoing succession planning for the board, including:

a) Ensure performance evaluation of Executive Director and CEO is done at least annually by the Board Chair
b) Develop annual and periodic goals for human resource management
c) Propose personnel policies to the full board
d) Advise Executive Director and CEO on personnel policy implementation and the management of employees
e) Review and update human resources processes and procedures
f) Support the development and training of leadership across the organization
g) Ensure all staff has financial metrics
