Best Friends is looking for a few people to assist with our Online Research Assistant volunteer position. This is an impactful and meaningful volunteer opportunity that you can do for a few hours a week from the comfort of your home.
Volunteers in this position will be will be assisting to establish a city-level database of shelter, rescue group, and community information to be used for No-Kill Cities Map and Regional Programs Strategy. This critical work will enable us to directly target our programs to save the lives of the most at-risk animals and guide our work toward achieving No-Kill by 2025. Interested volunteers should have a computer with internet access and Microsoft Excel, and must have fine attention to detail as well as confidence with numbers and accuracy with data entry.
