You’ll join other adult volunteers once a week for 7-8 weeks to mentor a group of boys about healthy living (physical and emotional health).
Through non-traditional physical activities, along with healthy eating information, participants are engaged in life skills, communication and emotional health discussions, designed to engage participants in the pursuit of life-long healthy lifestyles. Sessions are structured around four themes:

We support child and youth development through essential Volunteer-led mentoring programs.
When our children are emotionally, socially and physically healthy, everyone in the community benefits. That’s why we’ve worked with community stakeholders to develop a variety of programs to meet the needs of children and families in Greater Vancouver and the Sea to Sky Cooridor. Having one or more caring adults in a child’s life can help prevent issues like bullying and crime, so that children can grow in to more resilient, more giving, and more compassionate adults. Join us in strengthening communities, one child at a time. All of our programs and services are offered to families free of charge, thanks to the support of individual donors, local businesses, and foundations.
