The Champions of Hope Gala is led by some of the most distinguished leaders in the St. Louis Area; our CEOs Against Cancer of Missouri- St. Louis Chapter. CEOs from the world's top companies are uniting to change the course of cancer to leverage the collective knowledge, power and resources of the American Cancer Society. The inaugural Champions of Hope Gala in 2016, made history within the American Cancer Society as the third largest first year event by raising more than one million dollars. In 2017, the Champions of Hope Gala raised over $1.3 million. This elegant, black tie evening will draw in more that 400 prominent individuals from St. Louis' business and philanthropic community and will feature amazing d?cor, live and silent auctions, honorary tributes, an extraordinary dinner and lively entertainment.

With the support of the CEO Chapter, the gala is planned by an executive planning committee, typically 20-30 people. The committee is broken up into different planning groups: d?cor and logistics, marketing and PR, auction, ticket sales and more. The committee meets once a month for networking and to keep everyone up to date on the planning processes. The gala will take place in early November 2018.
