Position Title: Donation Drop Off Assistant
Purpose of the Position: To Support the Donation Drop Off Door located in the Thrift Shop.
Responsibilities/Duties: Greet donors at the ring the bell at the donation door, bring their donations into the Thrift Shop, give the donor a receipt and thank them, then proceed to sort the donations by which department they need to be brought to for pricing.
Qualifications: Eligible candidates include anyone 16 years or older who is friendly, dependable, and physically able to lift more than 20 lbs and be on their feet, bending and moving, for the majority of their assigned shift.
Commitment:
Tuesday or Saturday
Four hours per week, flexible schedule during regular business hours

About CASA: CASA (Community Action Stops Abuse) is a non-profit organization serving survivors of domestic violence in Southern Pinellas County. CASA operates the area’s 24-hour crisis hotline and 100-bed emergency shelter, offers community support groups, provides courtroom advocacy, assists the Child Protective Investigative team and conducts community and corporate training. In addition, CASA's Peacemakers Program teaches anti-bullying and healthy relationship curriculum throughout the Pinellas County school system to end the generational cycle of violence.
