Mission Statement

CASA's vision is a community without domestic violence so that home is a safe place. CASA's mission is to raise our voices against violence through advocacy, empowerment and social change.

CASA operates the area’s 24-hour crisis hotline and 100-bed emergency shelter, offers community support groups, provides courtroom advocacy, assists the Child Protective Investigative team and conducts community and corporate training.

In addition, CASA's Peacemakers Program teaches anti-bullying and healthy relationship curriculum throughout the Pinellas County school system to end the generational cycle of violence.

This was a horrible place to work! Nothing I did was good enough. They had me cleaning things that wern't dirty and criticized me constantly. They were very disrespectful. After 1/2 hour I quit.

With the support and assistance of CASA and other Agencies I was, to do what I needed to do to save my child and myself. They were there when I needed them. CASA never gave up on me. With CASA's help and resources I believed that I had possibilities and in time (for me,lots of time)I was strong enough to act on those possibilities. Thank YOU!❤
