We are looking for volunteers for our 35th annual Golden Triangle Heart Ball! The event will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2018. Below are the details for shifts and volunteer jobs available.
- Shift: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Final Event Setup - Last minute setup of event space (auction area and registration)
# of Volunteers - 10 - Shift: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Gala Space Setup - Final walk of space to ensure all tables and spaces are set
# of Volunteers - 10 - Shift: 4:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Door Monitors - Monitor door and assist with ushering in guests
# of Volunteers - 5 - Shift: 4:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Registration (Check In & Check Out) - Check in all guests, and assist with checkout of auction winners and night of event donors
# of Volunteers - 10 - Shift: 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Silent Auction - Monitor and oversee silent auction area & package auction items for check out for guests
# of Volunteers - 5 - Shift: 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Mobile Bidding Concierge - Assist guest with night of event mobile bidding questions
# of Volunteers - 5 - Shift: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Live Auction & Open Your Heart Spotters - Work floor during live auction and night of giving opportunity to assist auctioneer
# of Volunteers - 15 - Shift: 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Thank You Card Distribution - Volunteers will place thank you cards on all cars in the parking lot during the gala

Event Clean Up - Clean up & clear gala space

American Heart Association is dedicated in providing the essential information to address, educate, and raise awareness in the community about cardiovascular disease and stroke. Education on how to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke, what the individual risk factors are, how to mitigate those risk factors and most important what you can do in the fight against cardiovascular disease. Together we can battle the No. 1 and No. 3 killers in the nation: heart disease and stroke.
We, at the American Heart Association, understand that in providing volunteers with life changing, life saving information, coronary heart disease, stroke and risk can be reduced by 25% by the year 2010! We are actively seeking individuals who want to join us in our fight to save and improve lives!
