Are you passionate about helping underpriviledged children get the best education and healthcare possible? Do you have experience in fundraising events or just interested in helping out? Children Across America is currently seeking energetic people to work with our team to raise money for our children's literacy and preventative healthcare programs. We want these to be a community events, it raises money but also awareness of our organization and everyone enjoys themselves.Children Across America: Empowering Communities
Children Across America, a 501c3 children's non profit, is looking for volunteers to staff at our organization's fundraising event at McDonalds, Walmart, Wendy's, Whole Foods, Dairy Queen and others. We just staff tables and answer questions.

Volunteers will hand out brochures, flyers, will help the Executive Director with other tasks at the fundraiser. For food establishments, we need volunteers only for 4 hours, 30 minutes to help the our team set up the tables and organize materials, 30 minutes at the end to clean up tables and 3 hours for the fundraiser. Fundraiser starts at 4pm, ends at 7pm. We just stand their for information, we get a percentage of all the food sales during our time their. You wont be doing any actual fundraising.

Restaurant fundraisers will take place on multiple weekdays, a schedule will be provided to the candidates and candidates can mark their availabilities.

This is a great way to get community service hours!

Currently we are looking for volunteers to help staff our tables at the Bellingham, MA Walmart on Saturdays. 6/9, 6/30, 7/21, 7/28, 8/11 and 8/28 from 9 AM-3 PM. Shifts are 9-12 and 12-3. you just are their to answer questions and direct people to one of our board members.
