CONGREGATE MEAL SITE VOLUNTEER - AGE 55 AND OVER

A local non-profit can use your help! This position assists the Nutrition Coordinator or Meal Site Manager in completing activities related to various meal sites. These meal sites ensure that seniors are getting nutritious meals to help them stay healthy! After training, you will assist in planning and completing activities with patrons, greet patrons pleasantly and kindly and make them feel welcome; and help sign them in on the attendance roster. In addition, you will assist in serving meals to patrons and with meal site clean-up as needed. This employer is flexible, but would like to have at least four hours each week. WE ARE ESPECIALLY LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS AT THE SUMNER SITE.

Schedule: Wednesday, 9 AM to 1 PM in Tacoma (Korean food) - Thursday, 9 AM to 1 PM in Tacoma (International food)
AND Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM in Tacoma (Vietnamese & Cambodian food)
