We have an immediate opening for a Data Analyst to support the Executive Director and Director of Programs of our non-profit organization.

Launched May 1992, Big Apple Greeter’s mission is to enhance New York City's worldwide image and enrich visitors’ New York experiences by connecting them to knowledgeable and enthusiastic locals.

We recently changed our donor database to Kindful, which synchs with MailChimp, and our website was just launched on Square Space. We are looking for someone to optimize the functionality of the software individually and in relation to each other and improve the program.

Responsibilities:

• Review and gather data from multiply systems.
• Create standard monthly and quarterly reports that will enable us to improve our marketing, fundraising and engagement of our audiences.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Mailchimp, Kindful, Google Analytics and Square Space is ideal and the ability and interest to learn them.
• Knowledge of Excel’s templates and pivot tables a requirement. Ability to turn data in pie charts a plus.
• Strong communication skills

Priority will be given to those with experience.
