At Metro Caring, we're meeting people's immediate food needs while sustainably addressing the root cause of hunger: poverty. We provide nutritious groceries to our hungry neighbors, and also offer comprehensive, wrap-around anti-hunger programming so that families can break the cycle of poverty.
Metro Caring is a welcoming, dignified, health-focused organization, open to everyone in the Denver metro area. Inside our facility, our staff and volunteers provide a respectful and equitable experience to anyone who walks through our doors.

Metro Caring provides nutritious food to hungry families and individuals while promoting self-sufficiency.
Metro Caring is a non-profit hunger relief organization that operates one of the largest food pantries in Denver. Last year, Metro Caring provided 148,000 emergency and self-sufficiency services to low-income and homeless individuals. These services included almost $360,000 in utility assistance; work related items, such as tools and boots; and ID documents. Every day, Metro Caring distributes more than two tons of food to families and individuals in need through the Metro Caring Market, where every family who visits shops for a four-to-seven day supply of healthy and nutritious food.
We'll work with your schedule.
