HSFA is a public, non-profit agency organized and certified as tax-exempt under IRC 501(c)(3) with 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) status. HSFA has an important mission: to advance hometown security while protecting civil liberties. We accomplish our mission by working with local, state and Federal agencies, organizations and communities to deliver life-saving public safety, energy security and health and human services programs to the public. Finally, our cutting-edge scientific research helps investigators better understand patterns of behavior and tactics of terrorists and criminals to give law enforcement the edge, and help ensure FREEDOM, SAFETY and PROSPERITY across our land...
