Lyman Woods William F. Sherman, Jr. Interpretive Center
We will have family activities celebrating the season and highlighting Victorian Christmas traditions. Planned activities include visits with Santa, a luminary walk, marshmallow roasting around a campfire, Victorian holiday crafts and games.
We are looking for volunteers to assist at the event, and could use your help! Volunteer assignments will include greeting and guiding visitors, as well as assisting with crafts and activities both indoors and outdoors (let us know if there is a preference). Please help us spread the word, and if you or someone from your organization is available to help, please let us know!

William F. Sherman, Jr. Interpretive Center is the starting off point for exploration of Lyman Woods. The William F. Sherman, Jr. Interpretive Center is a green building exemplifying environmentally friendly building practices and technology. Lyman Woods is 150 acres of oak woods, prairie, and marsh habitats that supports over 300 species of native plants.
