William F. Sherman, Jr. Interpretive Center is the starting off point for exploration of Lyman Woods. The William F. Sherman, Jr. Interpretive Center is a green building exemplifying environmentally friendly building practices and technology. Lyman Woods is 150 acres of oak woods, prairie, and marsh habitats that supports over 300 species of native plants.
