Greeters are the first experience many guests have when visiting the Museum. Volunteers welcome and direct school groups visiting during the week. (Last week, the number of students greeted exceeded 40,000!) Shifts vary weekly, but are between 8:30-10:30am during the school year.

Once groups are in the building, Greeters have the opportunity to volunteer in other roles within the Museum.

Greeters receive free parking and a discount in the Museum's Cafe and Curiosity Gift Shop. After 12 shifts, all volunteers receive a free Museum membership.
