APPLICATION must be submitted and approved prior to placement. Orientation will be confirmed based on the schedule for staff and volunteer. We are preparing for renovations and need help matching items with our inventory system. Volunteers (ages 18+) needed Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday between 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Southwest Library. Volunteers will help staff update the collection by taking a list of items and searching the shelves. Ability to organize items in alphabetical and numerical order is a must.

Description
The Fulton County Library System is the largest library system in the state of Georgia. Volunteers serve at all 34 locations. The System provides a variety of literacy and community information services and programs for citizens in and around the Metropolitan Atlanta area. These services include, but are not limited to: providing audio, visual and print media for check-out by registered patrons; providing programming that reflects the diverse interests of area residents and visitors, and providing meeting areas for community discussion and interaction.
