Wildfires are devastating communities across California, causing more than 300,000 people to evacuate their homes and threatening many more. The Camp Fire in Northern California -- one of three blazing across the state -- is the most destructive in state history. We want to ensure that, if you are in an affected community, you find access to shelter. And if you are looking to help with disaster relief efforts, you know the most effective ways to contribute.
Jewish Family Service of San Diego is a client-centered, impact-driven organization working to build a stronger, healthier, more resilient community. We believe our volunteers are the backbone of our Agency. We strive to ensure that each volunteer is treated with dignity and respect. Our goal is your success. Be our partner in Moving Forward Together. Program:
The Development team works cohesively to create and execute strategies to secure funds from current annual donors and prospects. Some of these approaches include a relationship management model and special events like the Heart & Soul Gala and the Ruby Schulman Memorial Golf Tournament. The funds secured by the Development Department, in tandem with other departments like Institutional Giving and Marketing, ensure that we can continue to Empower Individuals and Families to move toward self-sufficiency, support Aging with Dignity, and Foster Community Connection and Engagement.
