We would love to find some friendly, outgoing, patient and sincere volunteers to spend some time
One on One with our Personal Care Residents. Bring your big personality and life experience and share your time and abilities with a senior in need of a little extra attention. If you are enthusiastic about anything in particular -- bring that energy with you and make a new friend. Opportunities are endless and include (but are not limited to...) Chats -- conversation and companionship, Reading -- share a story
or a poem, Easy Art Projects, Play cards or Games, do a puzzle.
We can work with any schedule! If you're able to come for an hour visit once a week, every other week, or even just once a month, we would still love to have you.
*Because we are a retirement community working with elders, we do require all volunteers to have received the flu vaccine and the covid vaccine - including the booster.
