Volunteer at the City of Westminster's Halloween Harvest Festival! See a hot air balloon glow and help kids with carnival games or trick or treating! The event is 5 - 8 pm, but we need help with set up and tear down, as well as running carnival games. Set up and tear down shifts last 3 - 5 hours. Carnival game shifts are 4:30 - 8pm.
