  1. goodwillto fellow members of the human race; especially:active effort to promote human welfare

Asian Pacific Development Center is starting a new volunteer philanthropy team members to focus on community engagement and program support events. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with the ins and outs of fun events that promote healthy and empowered Asian immigrant and refugee communities in Colorado.

Some responsibilities of this committee will be to:

  1. Assist APDC’s Communications Staff with events, from small to large scale fundraising events (think trivia nights, yoga workshops, banquets).
  2. Advise/provide feedback on current and future events
  3. Most importantly, bring your talents! Event planning and implementation are successful when a variety of skills and talents are present. Are you a photographer? Great! Are you a number cruncher? Fantastic! All skills welcome as long as you are ready to get your feet wet!

Commitment: 1 year, meeting one day out of the month (TBD). More frequent meetings (but, nothing crazy) closer to the date of events.
