Breakthrough/Episcopal Social Services has a need for HR professionals to assist in their employment program by helping individuals prepare for the interview process with mock interviews. Mock Interview volunteers are needed to spend 3-5 hours of time per month assisting individuals who are preparing for and/or actively seeking employment in practicing and developing interview skills, including asking interview questions and reviewing individuals’ resumes, in an interview-like setting. Volunteers provide feedback on performance and areas each person can improve, using (but not limited to) a provided rubric and typical interview questions.
