Works with the Financial Operations Division to develops and implements fundraising strategies. Works to build base of donors, develops fundraising campaigns, helps to develop sales platforms and business projects, and helps to plan and coordinate fundraising events. Assists in developing financial projections for business plans and investment proposals. Conducts research in real-estate and markets in order to determine required investment capital and projected returns on investments.
