The Iowa Dog Jog is a 4K and 2K run/walk (heck, you can even dance your way along the route) that has been created for dog-lovers and their favorite 4 legged friends! We are so excited to bring this event to the brand new Terra Park in Johnston. Relax on the Great Lawn following the event or unleash your animals in our pop-up dog park. We are looking for volunteers for packet pickup, general race help, registration and dog park monitors!

The Animal Rescue League of Iowa is a dynamic, progressive-minded animal shelter dedicated to animals and people. In addition to our daily operations of caring for over 15,000 animals that come into our shelter every year, we also offer programs including pet adoption, pet behavior counseling, puppy & dog training classes, spay/neuter, animal cruelty intervention and our extensive volunteer program.
