ORGANIZATION: Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona

  • 7 people are interested

Clients who come to the Community Food Bank pantry to pick up food sometimes need additional kinds of assistance. The client navigator talks with clients to determine specific needs, then guides them in reviewing resources that address those needs, and in developing an action plan for contacting those resources.
The client navigator maintains a strong knowledge of the programs offered by CFB and other organizations. Experience with customer service and bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills are important to the navigation process. Navigators would volunteer from 8:45am to 12:30pm one day a week.
